Tuition and Fees

All fees, including tuition, are non-refundable.

Tuition- $4,500 per year (for the ‘24-’25 school year). This can be paid monthly from August through May. All monthly payments are due by the first of the month. There is a 5% discount for tuition paid in-full by August 1 each year.

Supplies- $400 per year, due on June 1. This covers all books and materials, including all paper supplies and writing utensils. Parents do not need to purchase anything other than a backpack to hold school materials, a copy of our read-aloud books for home reading, and weather gear.

Yearly registration- $200. This is due upon acceptance into the program. This fee reserves a spot on the roster for each year once registration is opened.

Note: There is NOT increased tuition for families utilizing Virginia’s Learning Acceleration Grant. Tuition should not be increased simply because it’s coming from the state vs. a family’s personal bank account. Little House Farm will never take a learning grant as an opportunity to make extra money off of a family. It directly benefits our families much more if the money from the learning grant be stretched further to cover more of the tuition costs.
